DIfferent levels for all
Advanced: Swim = 250 yards, Bike = 2 miles, Run = 1 mile
Novice: Swim = 100 yards, Bike = 0.78 miles, Run = 0.5 mile
Family: Swim = 100 yards, Bike = 0.78 miles, Run = 0.5 mile
Adaptive: Swim = 100 yards, Bike = 0.78 miles, Run = 0.5 mile
Aqua Bike: Swim = 250, Bike 2 Miles

Select Course
- Under the Programming tab, select the appropriate level
- NOVICE -- Dragon Dash
- ADVANCED -- Dragon Dash
- FAMILY -- Dragon Dash
- ADAPTIVE -- Dragon Dash

Register
Submit your registration and mark your calenders.

USAT Membership
Please be sure to have your USAT membership completed. 1 day memberships are available via the USAT link. Once you have your USAT number, please fill out this google form.
